London Room

A love of London led our clients to transport the city to the mountains. To address the two-story room, RN Design created a larger-than-life, functional bunkroom in the heart of London, complete with crisp, black and white photography, lampposts, architectural replicas, and red elements like the iconic phone booth, double decker bus, and Union Jack.

While RN Design specializes in bunk rooms, we’ve also done quite a few custom bars throughout the years. We bring handcrafted and high-end luxury to your home or business so you can focus on entertaining your guests. From live-edge, warm walnut slabs to refined and sleek oak bars - even vintage truck bars with custom lighting, we can make your vision come to life.

Rustic Cabins

Two cabins. Two owners. Two unique design sensibilities. Together with Mike Zoske and Aspen Homes, we designed two custom Sun Ranch homes with classic Montana as the inspiration. The team mixed copper, glass, saddle leather, and metal elements with 150-year-old hand-hewn timber and reclaimed tobacco barn oak. Custom staining and colonial detailing completed the multi-dimensional, functional, and seductive design.

Pirate Ship Playroom

A jolly playroom. A striking sculpture. A beauty of a pirate ship. Familiar with RN Design’s portfolio, our clients gave us free reign to create an authentic pirate ship playroom for her son. Design elements—including the ship’s dimension, texture, and color, Jason’s marlin sculpture and painting on the bow—ensure that even after the ship’s captain outgrows the playroom, the Marlin Marauder will remain a stunning conversation piece.

Train Room

Double foundation walls defined a long, narrow design challenge. Collaborating with Abby Hetherington and Kath Costanti, RN Design modeled the room after a Cape Town, South Africa luxury train. With a nod to the home’s Yellowstone Club mountain setting, backlit windows framed 3D photos of the Swiss Alps, making for a decadent, stylish, and restful journey.
